Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintains custody of all township records
- Records and maintains township meeting minutes
- Keeps the township book of oaths
- Keeps voter registration file and conducts elections
- Prepares financial statements
- Must appoint a deputy
- Maintains general ledger
- Responsible for regular and special meeting notices
- Keeps township ordinance book
- Chair of township election commission
- Member of township elections commission

All elections are held at the Township Hall located at 5490 Benzie Highway (US 31).
